5.2/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While it was conveniently located right across the street from Fremont Street, which was great for nightlife, the rooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the service was lacking, with long waits for food and a somewhat unfriendly staff. Overall, it had potential, but I expected more for the price I paid.

Rooms
5.0
Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean. I noticed some hair in the tub and sink when I arrived, and there was a strong smell of bleach that gave me a headache. It seemed like they were dirty in certain areas, which was disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service was slow and not very friendly. I had to wait a long time for my food, and the staff didn't seem very attentive. It was quite frustrating, especially since I had to walk to the far end of the casino to get to my room.
Location
8.0
The location was definitely a highlight. It's right across from Fremont Street, making it easy to access all the fun and entertainment downtown. Just be prepared for the noise that lasts until 1 or 2 am.
Dining
6.0
I did find a good breakfast spot nearby, which was nice. However, the options could have been better at the hotel itself, as I had to venture out to find something satisfying.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some amenities, but they felt outdated and uninviting. It could really use some renovations to enhance the guest experience.

7.6/10

I had an interesting stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, being close to the vibrant Fremont street, which was a lot of fun. However, the rooms felt outdated and not entirely clean, and the lack of basic amenities made my stay a bit less comfortable. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was rather outdated and had a strange odor that reminded me of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was no closet, and I had to request basic items like soap, which felt a bit inconvenient. Overall, the room lacked modern facilities and cleanliness.
Service
9.0
The service was definitely a highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They made the atmosphere enjoyable, which I appreciated.
Location
10.0
I loved the location! Being able to walk to Fremont street was ideal, and having everything so close made my stay even more enjoyable. The nightlife was buzzing, and I felt safe and secure even when venturing out alone.
Dining
7.0
I had a nice light breakfast, but I did have to wait in line for a bit. It was not an extensive menu, but what I had was enjoyable and right across from the fun.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was very nice and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant place to relax. However, I felt other facilities could use a bit of modern lovin'.
